Employees in this dynamic role are responsible for setting up sales appointments and providing exceptional customer service to existing and new clients. This position is ideal for a strategic seller that is familiar with outside sales and comfortable visiting homes.
Responsibilities
- Explain solar, our services, and basic features of our products to interested customers.
- Gather documents from customers.
- Handle all customer inquiries and concerns.
- Willingness to learn and understand sales and closing techniques.
- Qualifying and using critical thinking to determine the value of set appointments.
Qualifications
- Prior experience in customer service, or sales related field.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Willingness to learn.
- Demonstrate teamwork, initiative and a willingness to problem solve.
- Positive and professional demeanor with a winning attitude.
